By visiting daniels-lawn.com or requesting services from Daniels Lawn Care LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who requests a quote or schedules service with us.

All quotes provided by Daniels Lawn Care LLC are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on information provided at the time of the request and may be subject to change upon on-site inspection of the property.
A quote is not a guaranteed price until confirmed in writing or verbally by a representative of Daniels Lawn Care LLC. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of the estimate.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept payment by cash, check, or any digital payment method agreed upon at the time of scheduling.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future service. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on outstanding balances more than 30 days past due.
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay service due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in those situations.
By scheduling service, you confirm that we have permission to access your property for the purpose of completing the requested work. You are responsible for:
We are not responsible for damage caused by conditions the customer failed to disclose prior to service.
Daniels Lawn Care LLC is fully insured. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during the course of service, we will work in good faith to address the issue promptly.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage caused by unknown underground obstacles, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control including weather events.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Daniels Lawn Care LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
